This client was looking to make a statement in her most recent remodel. This top is made from wide plank Reclaimed Heart Pine beams. The beams came from a large warehouse in PA that was being torn down due to a large fire. The beams were burnt but she wanted to show off the age and beauty of what heart pine has to offer. We kept the burnt (but stable) edges to show the story. The top is 2″ thick and is finished in Waterlox satin.
